I tried setting it up, but for some reason I got lost quickly. The menus didn’t make much sense to me, and I felt like the pages kept sending me in circles. I had to keep guessing what to click next, so it just wasn’t easy for me to use...

I gave foxtail.ai a try for leads, but the quality just wasn’t what I expected. A lot of the contacts weren’t a good fit, didn’t respond at all, or seemed like they had little to no real buying intent.

What made it more frustrating was waiting around for things to improve and feeling like nothing really changed. Maybe it works better for other teams, but for us it felt more like paying for a list of names than actual leads. I wouldn’t use it again.

I gave foxtail.ai a try for a few days, and it felt a lot less reliable than I expected. Compared to other tools I’ve used, the answers sounded polished and sure of themselves, but then I’d check them against the files I uploaded and find basic details mixed up or numbers that just didn’t line up.
Maybe it’s fine for really simple tasks, but for what I needed, I had to double-check almost everything. At that point it wasn’t saving me time, and compared with just reviewing the source material myself, it didn’t feel worth it. Accuracy was the main reason I signed up, so this was a miss for me.

Maybe it makes more sense for a larger team, but for me, the value really wasn’t there. I was hoping it would save me more time, but I still ended up having to tweak and fix a lot myself.

Support did respond, which I appreciated, but they didn’t really solve the main issues. Some of it felt avoidable with better targeting or guidance up front. Maybe it works better for other teams, but it didn’t really work for us.

I reached out to foxtail.ai support because I was having an issue, and it was not a great time for me. The replies came slow, and when they did answer, it felt like they were not really getting what I was saying, if that makes sense.
I ended up explaining the same thing more than once, which got annoying fast. The problem still wasn’t really fixed in the end. Maybe other people have had better support from them, but for me it was disappointing and just felt kind of stuck.
